Exchanges and returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do what we can to make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Returns are allowed within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring that the shipment reaches the intended destination. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact hello@popsiclo.com with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange to start the process.
Popsiclo reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or return if the items have any signs of wear or misuse. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you are making an exchange, please indicate in your correspondence with hello@popsiclo.com which item and size you would like to exchange for.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@popsiclo.com.
Cancellations
We are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
